CONVENTION REGISTRATION PACKAGE AND GROUND
TRANSPORTATION
REGISTRATION:
There will be a flat Convention Registration Fee of
$85.00 per person for each convention attendee (Children
older than 12 years and all adults). Upon registration
or check-in for the CEANA convention, you will be issued
an official convention name badge.
Your badge identifies you as an official registrant and
entitles you to attend the Friday Night Dinner; Saturday
General Meeting; Saturday Afternoon Catered Luncheon;
Saturday Night Dinner - Dance; and the Sunday All Day
Picnic and Durbar/Cultural Performance.
Your badge also makes you easily recognizable by
colleagues. All CEANA Convention attendees must wear
their name badges to all sessions. Your badge represents
an agreement between you and CEANA and is for your
personal use only. Please note that the official
convention name badge is not transferable.
Do not share your name badge with others. Your
registration fee of $85.00 will help to pay some of the
costs incurred for your Catered Luncheon, Dinner, name
badges, program booklet, and picnic foods. If you lose
your badge you may purchase a replacement for $85.00. No
exception.
The registration booth will be opened Friday, September
2 from 8.00 am - 12:00 noon and from 2:00 p.m. - 7:00
p.m. and then on Saturday, September 3 from 7:30 a.m. -
3:00 p.m. If you have any questions, or concerns about
the convention, please feel free to speak with any of
our Convention Planning Committee Members. They will be
more than happy to assist you!
Children ages 5 - 12 who will be accompanying their
parents to any of the Catered Events will be charged a
flat fee of $35.00.
Pre-Registration:
For your convenience, we encourage you to pre-register
for the CEANA Convention. You will enjoy express
check-in at the registration desk upon your arrival. In
addition, you will also qualify to win a Fantastic Prize
when you register in advance. Request for advanced
registration for the CEANA Convention can be made by
writing to us. Please enclose your check or money in the
amount of $85.00 payable to Volta Club Inc. Mail your
requests to the address below:

Your pre-registration request must be received no later
than August 25, 2005 to be processed.
Ground Transportation:
Groups consisting of 3 people or more, who will be
arriving at our area airports for the CEANA Convention,
may contact the Planning Committee to arrange for
transportation from the airport to the convention hotel.
Any arrangement with the Volta Club for airport pick-up
must be made by August 1, 2005. Please note that only
groups who have made prior arrangements with the Volta
Club by the deadline date will be accommodated.
