AIRPORTS
There are two airports which are conveniently located
about 14 miles away from the Convention Hotel. The
airports are the Washington Dulles International Airport
(IAD) and the Reagan National (DCA).
Groups and individuals who are planning to attend the
2005 CEANA Convention are advised to use the Washington
Dulles International Airport (IAD).
The Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) is
about sixty (40) miles away from the Convention hotel
site.
Ground Transportation
Groups consisting of 3 people or more who will be
arriving at our area airports for the CEANA Convention
may contact the Planning Committee to arrange for
transportation from the airport to the convention hotel.
Any arrangement with the Volta Club for airport pick-up
must be made by August 1, 2005. Please note that only
groups who have made prior arrangements with the Volta
Club by the deadline date will be accommodated.
Other means of ground transportation are available from
the area airports to the convention hotel. The
"Washington Flyer" Coach Services are available to
provide you with first class coach ride from the main
terminal at the Washington Dulles Airport to the West
Falls Church Metro Rail Station for $8.00 one way and
$14.00 round trip.
Then there is a Metro Bus which stops right in front of
the hotel on the way to and from the Metro Rail Station.

Distance from hotel: 14 miles.
Drive time: 20 min.
Directions: Take Dulles Toll Road east to Exit 17
(Spring Hill Road). After the toll, turn right onto
Spring Hill Road. Turn left at the first light onto
Jones Branch Drive. The hotel is 1 mile on the left.
Getting to and from the Airport Super Shuttle, typical
minimum charge is USD 15.00
Rental Car: Taxi, typical minimum charge is USD 25.00 -
Get turn by turn directions.
Washington National Airport
Distance from hotel: 13 miles.
Drive time: 30 min.
Directions: Take G. Washington Pkwy north to Route 123
south towards McLean. After the 495 overpass, turn right
on Tysons Blvd (1st light after overpass). Right on
Galleria Dr. (1st light). Right on Jones Branch Dr. (1st
light). Hotel is on right. Getting to and from the
Airport
Super Shuttle, typical minimum charge is USD 15.00
Rental Car: Subway/Rail, typical minimum charge is USD
4.00 - Taxi, typical minimum charge is USD 30.00 - Get

Baltimore Washington International
Distance from hotel: 40 miles.
Drive time: 50 min.
Directions: Take I-95 south to I-495 West towards Silver
Spring/Northern Virginia. Exit 46A (123 south). Right on
Tysons Blvd (1st light). Right on Galleria Dr. (1st
light). Right on Jones Branch Drive (1st light). Hotel
is on right. Getting to and from the Airport Super
Shuttle , typical minimum charge is USD 50.00
Rental Car: Taxi , typical minimum charge is USD 70.00
