CEANA Convention 2007 - Hello

Hello Everyone,
After a careful collaboration with the Local Organizing committee, we have agreed to peg the registration fee at $80 per person for scheduled activities by the Secretariat on the following days during the convention: July 29 th & July 31, August 1, 3, 4 & 5. The $80 flat fee includes the following benefit:
- 4 packed lunches
- 1 refreshment on the official opening day
- Transportation to and from the project sites and excursions (Wli Waterfalls, Notsie, Keta etc)
- Saturday, August 4 th Banquet
- Sunday Picnic
- Cultural performances by various local groups.
For your convenience, we encourage people to pre-register for the convention by sending a money order payable to the CEANA Secretariat at P.O. Box 1189, Bronx, NY 10451. You will enjoy express check-in at the registration desk upon arrival. Upon registration or check in for the convention you will be issued an official convention name badge. Your badge identifies you as an official registrant and entitles you to enjoy the privileges numerated above. There would be no exceptions. All CEANA convention delegates must wear their name badges to all scheduled events. Please note the badges are not transferable. Your registration fee of $80 will help us defray some of the convention cost incurred. Your pre-registration must be received no later than June 30 th to be processed in time for the convention.
